Dignity and class

Finally, dignity and class have been restored to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Today, Godzilla, King of the Monsters, was given his star on the Walk. It is about time this giant of film fame got his due. How do you not like someone (some beast, lizard, monster?) that has destroyed Tokyo again and again? Watching those little tanks roll around and get squashed as people ran down the street en mass. Awesome cinematic history.

But not all Godzilla movies were perfect. Case in point: Mothra. Godzilla would kick the crap out of that flying bug all the time, but it would get help and in the end defeat Godzilla. What kind of crap is that? I wanted to see Godzilla rip the wings on that overgrown butterfly so bad. Man would it piss me off when Mothra would get some other bug to help him. Godzilla should have torn the antennas off his head and shoved them where the sun don't shine. That would have taught them.
