A pint low

I have felt a bit sluggish ever since donating blood early this morning. I never thought being a pint low would make me feel this tired. Or maybe it has something to do with drinking beer and watching football.

I wasn't really impressed with either the Packers or Vikings last night. Sloppy play by both teams will leave you thinking that way. Rogers did look good at QB but his performance was just average. On the other hand Jackson looked bad. So did the offensive line for the Vikings. I don't think they pushed the Packer d-line off the ball all game. In fact neither team dominated the line of scrimmage. If the Packers don't return a punt for the TD they probably lose the game. Your defense cannot give up 375 yards each game and expect to win by scoring only 24 points.

Work has been kicking my ass today. Only good part has been the Jerry Springer case I had to work on. Funny yet sad.

Did they check the alcohol level before taking your blood?

Strangely enough, that is not a concern to them. I gave blood one time with a wicked hangover. I told the lady I had been out late and may still be a bit buzzed up. She said that didn't matter.
