I was at a bar on the east side of Milwaukee on Saturday with an interesting sign by the front door. The BBC has a sign that forbids popped collars. You can wear just about any style or manner of clothes into the place as long as you don't pop your collar. I looked at the sign for a couple of minutes thinking about why they have it up. I figured they didn't want any douchebags coming in the place. Finally I asked the bouncer at the door the reason for the sign. He gave me a bit of background and his reasoning for the sign.

There is nothing more that tells me you have tasted a penis than a popped collar.
