A fix for Social Security

Please take the time to watch the video. Private retirement accounts are not only in your best interest, they help the country as well. Congressman Paul Ryan is right to recommend we go this route.

The best fix for social security would be to stop exempting from social security taxes income in excess of a certain amount. I am not sure of the exact amount but I think it is in the neighborhood of $120k. Any income above that is not taxed for SSI, so the retirement system is deprived of that revenue. Why should'nt a pro athelete pay SS taxes on the whole $20 million they earn this year? The video is not on the blog page.
