From the Las Vegas Advisor
Affirming a lower-court decision that the law defining what a Las Vegas stripper could and couldn't do during a lap dance is vague and unenforceable, a District Court judge has ruled it to be unconstitutional. In addition, the judge dismissed "inappropriate-touching" misdemeanor charges against five dancers. The city might appeal the ruling, or rewrite the ordinance to better specify how the prohibition against "fondling" and "caressing" should be interpreted. For now, apparently, no rules or regulations govern lap dances.
Though I have never been in a Vegas "Gentleman's Club", that may change. That was the best thing about the clubs in Tampa. It is a full contact sport. Maybe I should see if these rules will apply tomorrow night...
