All good things must end
There was an explosion at one of the local power plants. Thankfully no one was killed. I caught this bit of news in the local paper. Personally, I like the picture that accompanied the story.
It was as if the first thing they did at WE Energies was to change the sign out front. I picture the safety manager thinking "Hey, what was that loud noise? Explosion? Shit! Hope everyone is alright. That is exactly what I was thinking!
We don't have a sign like that up at work any longer. Once they took it down no one got hurt.
